Great work guys ! But this idea of solar boiler ,looks too big and not very productive to me . You might wanna check on Israeli solution for this called “dude shemesh” in Hebrew or “sun boiler” in English
. The system is a bit more complex than your solution ,but much smaller and effective . I bet with your advanced techniques that i saw in other videos ,it will be no problem for you to build such system in no time . Me personally don’t use electricity to heat water even in winters .

Have you thought about the implementation of closed coils in a wooden box with glass lid. We could build a wooden box for cheap plywood. Use 1inch foam insulation board on the bottom and sides and then place the tube spiral into the field. For the lid of the box with old glass storm door. I bet that would greatly increase its sealing water. Only Google can solar heater and apply the same principle to your hot water through a pipe instead of cans.
